Q: Do you offer a discount for Bulk product purchases?

Yes, I do.

You'll see that I offer a standard 10-19 items for 10% discount and 20+ items for 20% off.

I also offer 500g/mL 10% off and 1000g/mL at 20% off.
Generally, the 100mL and 240mL sizes of liquids include the bottles, and the 500mL and 1000mL do not.
You'll see these options on each product order page.

If you are a business, a professional and/or making products for sale, please complete the Company line in your order and email me your website and details. I can then apply a 20% discount to all of your bulk items and packaging. Note that discounts can never be combined.

Q: May I have a Coupon Code before I order?

A: I don't offer Coupon Codes anymore because:
1. In Canada, taxes are applicable to the subtotal BEFORE the coupon discount, and this confuses customers, and causes complaints and scathing reviews.

2. Customers rarely used Coupon Codes I offered.

3. Instead of Coupon Codes, I offer discounts for:
* Quantities of 10+ and 20+ for select items
* Volume discounts on Anarres products
* Discounts for 500mL/g + and 1000mL/g of bulk items
* Clearance sales and offers each month through my newsletter when you subscribe to my Tracey TieF's Anarres Natural Health blog.

4. As if the above were not enough, I offer wholesale discounts to businesses, professionals and makers who use Anarres products, ingredients or packaging for making their own products, in their practice or for resale.
* To apply, please email me your website, business number or credentials and explain how you'll be using your order.
* You must include your business or practice name in the COMPANY line with your order.
* The discount of 20% is applied manually by me after you order using OTHER as your method of payment so that you can pay once I have adjusted your invoice. Discounts are not compoundable. If you order a bulk item at 20% off, I can't give you an extra 20% off (40% off +) Business, Professional or Maker Discount.
* I require payment in advance of filling your order.

Most importantly, I cultivate relationships with everyone who uses or resells Anarres products, ingredients, packaging, and other offerings. I delight in helping beginning makers succeed from recipe, to pricing, to packaging and to marketing and sales. If neither of us can afford a billboard on an expressway, then we are Kindred Spirits, not competition. Let's help each other!

You should offer free shipping.
I'll meet you between 8 and 9pm.
I'm sending an Uber/Lyft so look for a black sedan.

* SHIPPING is not free because shipping is not free.

* Raising all my prices by 20% to accommodate "free" shipping would overcharge my pickup and local customers.

* Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address. For larger wholesale orders, I charge the actual cost after packing your order and buying shipping.

* In Toronto, and depending on your address, I offer same or next day delivery for $10-$12 courtesy of GOOD FOOT DELIVERY.

* PICK UP You can choose to pick up your order at Dovercourt and Bloor in Toronto. If you send someone to pick up your order, please pass on the instructions I text you when it's ready for pick up. Your name will be on the package.

Q: Will you give me an extra discount if I order from you?
I want to try your stuff.

A: I offer volume, quantity and relationship discounts as well as offer sales monthly. Please take advantage of those discounts.

Q: I plan to resell your products. Give me the wholesale discount. Send me free samples.

A: I've learned over 17 years of operating Anarres Natural Health that giving "wholesale" discounts in advance on single items has never worked out for me. Quantity and bulk discounts are available to everyone on the product pages.

I do offer sample and travel sizes of the products I make for when you want to try them out before ordering regular sizes.

A: I'm on website X and I can get X cheaper. Can you do better?

A: Honestly, I get these questions regularly. In one case, the unidentified man was asking to pick up the item same day and after hours, and the website he was referring to required 2 weekdays to prepare the item, would sell in much higher quantities than he wanted, and was a 2-hour commute to and from without traffic. Plus it was closed until the next weekday. I told him he should buy from them. He ordered from me two days later.

Please understand that while major corporate brands pay pennies on your dollar for exploited overseas labour and cheap, environmentally destructive packaging that we all must pay to dispose or recycle, and the stores that sell these items mark them up 600%, small businesses and independent makers struggle to earn minimum wage while serving your personally.

We get what we pay for: a dog-eat-dog world filled with injustice, poverty and violence, or a cooperative, collaborative and supportive community in places that are happy and thriving. It's our choice. We vote for the world we want to create together with each dollar we spend.
