How to Order for Curbside Pick Up FAQs
Please place your order on the ONLINE STORE (ABOVE) of this website. If you are having trouble fixing any mistakes or paying for your order, please check out and phone us 647-827-6968. If you try but cannot log in to place an order, please email AnarresHealth@gmail.com or phone 647-827-6968 during business hours Tues-Sat noon to 7pm. We can help you check out, fix any problems with your order, or place your order with you over the phone.
You need to check out even when you are picking up. Only by checking out will your order be placed, and you will be taken to PayPal if you want to pay with a debit or credit card. If you are picking up, you will choose to PICK UP under the shipping options.
Q: Why do I need to put in my address when I am ordering for pick up?
A: Taxation! Most of the time when people tell me they had trouble ordering from my website, it is because they were trying to work around putting in their address. Your order will be Stopped in Checkout, and/or taxes will not be correctly applied for Ontario, so your total will be wrong.
When you order online for pick up, you WILL be asked for your address. That is so that taxes can be calculated correctly. When you check out, you will be given your shipping options, and this will include PICK UP NO SHIPPING.
Q: Do I need to pay on ordering? What if I want to pay when I pick up? Can I pay in cash?
A: You DO NOT have to pay upfront but can pay at the door. By choosing COD, CHEQUE or OTHER, you can check out without paying online. Unless you choose PAYPAL you will not be able to click through to pay for your order with a credit or debit card.

Select PayPal to pay with a credit or debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal to process your payment. We DO NOT take any payment info on our website, and this protects you.
TO PAY IN CASH Select COD to pay cash on pick up.
TO PAY BY E-TRANSFER
Select OTHER to pay by e-transfer or debit or credit card at the door. Send etransfer to AnarresHealth@gmail.com our main email address. Our etransfers are automatically deposited, so please copy and paste our email so you do not misspell it! Put your order number in the comments.
TO PAY BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT THE DOOR
Select OTHER to pay by e-transfer or debit or credit card at the door.
Q: How do you prefer that I pay?
WE PREFER THAT YOU PREPAY.
E-TRANSFERS ARE BEST FOR US.
Of the dozen orders that we prepare that are abandoned by the customer each month, most if not all are unpaid. If you prepay, we know that you'll pick up and that we will not lose the sale plus our time preparing it.
