Dance Our Way Home practice with co founder Erica Ross saved me from body shame, pain and immobility following being doored by a truck while cycling. Years later and still in love with the DOWH practice, I took the opportunity to train to facilitate DOWH and share the gifts I received from DOWH. DOWH is dance-church for me.

I've facilitated DOWH sessions at OM Reunion Festival, Dovercourt House, SpiritFest and 80 Gladstone, and presently at Anarres Apothecary, for all genders and ages. I choose eclectic music that inspires and moves me, from many styles, always including local and ground breaking artists. I bring my skills as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist to deepen our Guided Relaxation and Meditation.

~ Certified DOWH facilitator Tracey TieF:

There is deep wisdom within our very flesh,
if we can only come to our senses and feel it.

Women Who Change The World Series

“There are women who make things better... simply by showing up.
There are women who make things happen.
There are women who make their way.
There are women who make a difference.
And women who make us smile.
There are women of wit and wisdom who
- through strength and courage- make it through.
There are women who change the world everyday... Women like you.”

― Ashley Rice

Our ongoing sessions honour women from all over the world and throughout time who have changed ~ are changing ~ our world
inspiring us through our dancing bodies to our hearts minds and souls to be passionate, intelligent, activist, gentle, challenging, protecting, strong, loving, striving world-changing women.
