Learn how to use a menstrual cup here http://www.anarreshealth.ca/How%20To%20Menstrual%20Cup

An innovative menstrual cup that collapses flat so you can carry it everywhere you go Made from 100% FDA approved medical-grade silicone so it is hypoallergenic and respects your intimate balance. This reusable alternative to tampons and pads is ultra-soft and flexible for easy insertion and total comfort during wear.

Best for light to medium flow and gives up to 10 hours non-stop protection.

How Does it Work?
The Collapsible Menstrual cup is a reusable menstrual cup worn internally just like a tampon except it collects menstrual flow instead of absorbing it.

The cup forms a gentle seal with your vaginal walls and any flow is contained in the cup. It is then simply removed, emptied into the toilet, rinsed with water and then reinserted.

Because it's small, you can carry it with you always for when you need it most!

The silicone cup is non-absorbent so it can be left in place for up to 12 hours with no risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome.

You may want to empty it more on heavier days and less often on light ones, so long as you always keep to the 12 hour rule.

In between periods your collapsible menstrual cup should be sterilized either by boiling in water for 2-4 minutes or rinsing with sterilizing fluid such as vinegar.

Menstrual cup holds up to 30ml, that's 3 times more than tampons or towels can absorb; so your cup is great on heavy days and light ones too.

The collapsible menstrual cup is easy to insert and remove.

Directions:
Using a menstrual cup takes a little practice but once you've got the hang of it you'll wonder how you ever lived without it.
1. Wash your cup and your hands before and after each use
2. Fold the cup
3. Insert so the cup is completely inside the vagina. If you can feel the removal stem, gently move it further into the vagina.
4. Wear for up to 12 hours.
4. Remove.
5. Discard menstrual fluid, wash the cup and then reinsert.

Safety Information:
The Menstrual Cup Compact is not a contraceptive and will not protect against Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Remove your collapsible menstrual cup prior to intercourse.

The silicone cup is non-absorbent so it can be left in place for up to 12 hours with no risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome. Discontinue use and contact a medical practitioner if you experience any pain or discomfort while using the cup. Menstrual cup use has never been linked to TSS but if you have had TSS you should not use a menstrual cup.
