Blessing the belly; how to plaster cast and henna a pregnant/postpartum bel
from our kindred spirits, The Sisterhood Wellness Collective...
This 8 hour workshop with take you through the basics of belly casting and henna belly blessings. You do NOT have to be a doula to attend this event. The skills are transferable to other options. This workshop will include learning the preparation, and practice of plaster belly casting as well as preparing the cast for painting and decor. The second part of the workshop will focus on Henna. A little bit of history, safe preparation, usage and basic design techniques.
You will walk away from this workshop with the foundation to offer both of these skills to your clients. Included in the cost you will walk away with enough Henna to do at least 2 bellies and a workshop booklet.
This is nursling/babe in arms friendly event.
