Two Summer Day-Long Drumming Retreats

Welcome Summer!
It's time for our summer drumming retreats!
There is still space available in these TWO day-long drumming retreats in a beautiful location just an hour north of the city.
These lovely days, open to beginning as well as more experienced drummers, will ground you further in your drumming practice or help you to establish one. Explore traditional rhythms, play some fun games to strengthen your sense of timing, practice improvisation, learn some songs that can be sung along with drum rhythms, and feast on fantastic potluck lunches!
Also, enjoy some time in the swimming pool, relaxing in the grass, and shopping in the wonderful Shaw Percussion drum shop!
Dates: Saturday July 13, Sunday August 18
Times: 11 am – 5 pm
Location: Shaw Percussion, 5258 Old Homestead Road, Sutton West, Ontario (1 hr north of Toronto)
Cost: Any workshop: $115. Both: $200.
Bring: Potluck Lunch contribution, your drum (if you wish, but there's lots to use!)
