Cobalt blue glass is the traditional colour for apothecary preparations as it blocks light, which causes degeneration in the product. Amber and frosted glass may also be used. All essential oils be stored in glass or aluminum, away from heat, and out of direct sunlight.

Sizes are:
25 ml - apothecary blue
50 ml - apothecary blue or frosted glass
*100 ml - apothecary blue or frosted glass

*100ml bottle holds 120ml!

Tops are:
Gold - lotion pump
Silver - atomizer
Silver ringed - cap
