~ Aroma Facial 1.5 hours: You'll enjoy a blissful hour and a half of cleansing, toning and face, neck and shoulder massage. Based on my assessment, we'll choose from ozone steam, customized mask and extraction as needed. Organically grown jojoba oil, custom selected flower waters, clays and essential oils grace this exquisite treatment.

~ Reflexology Detoxification Workout 1.5 hour: Start with an Ion Cleanse Foot Detox, and finish with Reflexology Massage, Assessment, Treatment and instruction in detoxifying self reflexology. Reflexology is a holistic healing technique that involves massage and pressure application to points on the feet that correspond to the various systems of the body. Reflexology helps remove blockages so that circulation and vitality are restored.

~ Qi Stone Massage 1.5 hours: Comfortably hot smoothe basalt, lake and sometimes river stones I've collected deliver concentrated centers of heat along the sides of the spine, along Meridian lines and at the Chakras. I massage you with these oiled, heated stones held in the palm of my hand with firm strokes along the muscles of the legs, arms, back, shoulder and belly areas, creating a deep sense of well being.

Ancient cultures including the First Nations use various techniques with heated stones to improve overall mental, spiritual, and physical wellness. First Nation traditions use hot stones to detoxify and to restore harmony and balance.

~ Caregiver and Baby Bliss 2 hours Bring your baby with you between 10 am and 4 pm and enjoy 2 hours of whatever treatments you like!

To Begin...
Each appointment begins with a hot mug of tea or a cool cup of crystal water.
All 1 hour or 1.5 hour treatments can include up to 30 minutes of FAR infrared sauna while we "check in".

NOTE:
In Ontario, only Swedish Massage practitioners, called Registered Massage Therapists, or RMTs, are permitted to use the term "massage"! I hold nationally recognized diplomas and am insured to provide "Thai Massage", "Lymphatic Drainage Massage", "Qi Stone Massage" and "Advanced Massage". In my written materials, however, I am compelled to refer to my practice of these modalities as "body work"!
