A client recently suggested to me that I change the format of the newsletter to make it easier to find what you want to read, and skip what you don't (disappointed as I was to hear that some subscribers don't spend their time eagerly awaiting my next newsletter, and reading the whole thing several times). So I've taken some of his advice; let me know what you think.
