Benzoin (Gum Benjamin) Essential Oil


Styrax benzoin resin, (food grade) solvent extracted, from India.

Aromatic Description: Rich, warm, slightly woody, creamy, vanilla.

Colour: Golden Brown

Consistency: Very Thick, warming suggested to pour

Perfumery Note: Base

Strength of Initial Aroma: Light

I use this resin as a preservative in many Anarres creams and lotions as it contains vitamin E and smells like vanilla. - TTF
