I post by Expedited Parcel or Expedited USA because tracking numbers and insurance are provided - that's the normal service my website automatically charges you for. In Canada, Expedited Parcel is the least expensive way for me to send parcels to you because I have a Small Business account. If you'd like to save money on your USA parcel, please request Air or Ground postage - but your parcel won't be insured or tracked, so if it goes missing you'll be out of luck. Because I am not a big company, I can't replace lost parcels sent by ground or Air except through a claims process that takes 45 days plus processing time. When I receive the insurance money, I will then post a replacement order to you. I WILL CREDIT postage for late Expedited parcels, and replace any lost items free.

Please let me know if your parcel is missing or late and I'll initiate a claim if Canada Post did not meet its service guarantee. I regularly audit and file claims even without your asking because I want to provide you with the best service and value that I can, but it helps if you flag any problems to me!

I've never had an item break, but FYI glass and ceramics are NOT covered by postage insurance. Please contact me to figure something out in the unlikelky event of breakage.

All of my shipping materials are reused except for the paper tape! Please reuse and recycle what you can on your end. UPS stores accept packaging for reuse, and I find that people are happy to take my extras through freecycling lists and my local school board for kid's craft programs.
