Ready to explore and heal childhood hurt?
If so, come with an open mind and heart to a 7 week group therapy workshop.
This workshop will:
- teach you to have feeings without acting them out
- give you tools to confront and grieve your past so you can change how you relate to it
-teach you to reparent yourself
This workshop will not:
- answer all your questions about pain, you will find answers yourself by asking questions
- cure or fix you, you will do that by the honesty of your efforts
- teach you how to feel good; it will teach you how to feel
When: 7 consecutive Thursdays: November 1st, 8th 15th, 22nd, 29th, December 6th and 13th
Time: 6 to 8 p.m.
Where: Yonge St. at Castlefield (5 blocks north of Eglinton Avenue)
Participants: 5 to 7
Fee: $250.00
Who: Diane Zafred has completed her studies in Spiritual Psychotherapy Program at the Transformational Arts College. She has a strong interest in Inner Child work. Since 1996 she has been practicing various healing modalities including training in Kundalini yoga and Reiki.
