~ Understand how your body & your monthly cycle works
~ Recognize signs & symptoms of hormone imbalance, estrogen dominance & PMS
~ Discover foods to nourish & balance your hormones
~ Develop skills & tools to decrease your risk for breast, ovarian & uterine cancer
Tracey TieF, Certified Natural Health Practitioner, will discuss:
~ alternatives to hormonal contraception.
~ using wild yam root, motherwort and other tinctures and serums for hormone balancing.
