This crowd fund is key for us because it will fund our entire cross-Canada tour, where the Our Horizon team will be travelling from coast to coast, stopping at schools and communities along the way to spread our idea. 

With crowd fund campaigns, the first few days are absolutely crucial. We are counting on you to give us our initial fundraising boost so that people who are unaware of our campaign and browsing the site will be drawn to our page. We obviously can't be in all 4000 Canadian municipalities, but what we can do is give citizens across the country the tools and information necessary to take our idea to their city councils, where they'll be able to pack the room with concerned citizens and youth and defend their proposition. We want to create a network of motivated and empowered citizens, from coast to coast, who are ready to step up and act on climate change.

We hope to see this law being voted and passed in municipalities everywhere in Canada by the end of this year.
