1. Pick and dry to crispy dandelions. I discard the Pistons and any damaged leaves. Some chicory gets in there and that is okay.
2. Fill blender jar with dandelion.
3. Pulse 5 secs. Repeat three times. You will have a fine powder at the bottoms just a few tablespoons.
4. Repeat until you run out of dandelions. One shopping bag full makes about a mason jar full of local organic greens powder.
5. Yay!
