If you request a refund because the items are not in stock, you will be refunded minus our refund costs of 4%.
If you do not pick up your unpaid order within 2 business days, we reserve the right to sell the items.
If you do not pick up your prepaid order within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund you minus a 20% restocking fee, and to resell the items.
NEW POLICY AS OF JANUARY 22, 2022:
ALL orders that are cancelled for refund will be refunded minus a 20% fee to cover our labour and refunding expenses. Alternately, you may substitute other products from AnaresHealth.ca or Anarres Apothecary, or carry a credit for future use without the 20% charge.
