We are looking for Office Assistants at Six Degrees!
Volunteering or "energy exchanges" provides you with the benefit of one community acupuncture treatment in exchange for 3 hours of volunteer time. We also would be happy to provide you with a letter of reference for volunteering with us.
If you are wondering what is involved as an Office Assistant, here are a list of duties:
· minimum of 4 hours per week with negotiable shift details
· answer phones and take messages
· make/change appointments, receive payment, cash out, filing
· assisting on various projects as required
· some experience with PC needed
· experience as an office assistant is not mandatory
