~ Qi Drop Therapy 1 hour: This powerful session is for initiating change such as a new diet or detoxification program, and in times of mental, physical, emotional or spiritual health crisis, such as with herpes, AIDS or depression. Selected essential oils are dropped on the spine and shoulders combined with light massage to initiate healing.
As soon as I walked in, I felt an over all calm. Tracey was really friendly and warm and made me feel very comfortable right away! Even after our first consultation session I felt so much better and ready to come back for the Qi Drop Therapy (which was amazing by the way)! I highly recommend Anarres Natural Health, not only because of the amount of services available but because Tracey is so accommodating to your individual needs!

Every treatment that I've had with Tracey - from the chakra balancing meditation, the qi drop therapy, the meridian massage, and the reflexology - has been amazing! My favourite treatment has been the qi drop therapy - it is a great way to usher in a new change in one's life. I left feeling light, refreshed, and awakened.

~ Reflexology Foot Spa 1 hour: Choose a Foot Whirlpool or Ion Cleanse Foot Detox, and finish with Reflexology Massage, Assessment, and Treatment. Reflexology is a holistic healing technique that involves massage and pressure application to points on the feet that correspond to the various systems of the body. Reflexology helps remove blockages so that circulation and vitality are restored.
~ Qi Stone Massage: Comfortably hot smoothe basalt, lake and sometimes river stones deliver concentrated centers of heat along the sides of the spine and at the Chakras, while I massage you with oiled, heated stones held in the palm of my hand with firm strokes along the muscles of the legs, arms, back, shoulder and belly areas.

Each appointment begins with a hot mug of tea or a cool cup of crystal water.
All 1 hour or 1.5 hour treatments can include up to 30 minutes of FAR infrared sauna while we "check in".
NOTE:
In Ontario, only Swedish Massage practitioners, called Registered Massage Therapists, or RMTs, are permitted to use the term "massage"! I hold nationally recognized diplomas and am insured to provide "Thai Massage", "Lymphatic Drainage Massage", "Qi Stone Massage" and "Advanced Massage". In my written materials, however, I am compelled to refer to my practice of these modalities as "body work"!
