I recommend the Fem Cap over the diaphragm for three main reasons:
1. FemCap can be up to 98% effective when used correctly every time versus 94% with the diaphragm.
2. The FemCap is more comfortable for most women and men. The FemCap was extensively tested and compared with the vaginal diaphragm in multi-center clinical trials in the United States, according to FDA regulations.
