I just have to tell you again, how thrilled I am to have met you and participated in your classes.
I’m one of those people that makes sure you get everything out of the bottle and use it all. And that being the case, I had some store bought cleanser…bought in health food store – enriched with vitamin C, that I still had kicking around. I had being using the cleanser I learnt how to make with you and my skin has been beautiful. So anyhow, I start using this cleanser again, just to use it up…after a few days, I noticed these tiny pimples…so I’m thinking chocolate, time of month?? Nothing seem to fit…stop using it, back to our simple cleanser with clary sage and face is beautiful again. I poured the pimple causing cleanser down the drain…just kept the bottle to reuse with our wonderful stuff when travelling.

Simply Shea Cream and Blister Balm

Just wanted to let u know what it's like to have a big jar of ur Shea cream after running out of it...almost, there was about 1/4 teaspoon left in my little stone jar that I was stretching as far as humanly possible. So now, that I have a big jar I'm very happy, but that doesn't express the feeling. I've been grappling, trying to find the words to express the feeling. Suffice to say every cell in my body breathes a little sigh of gratitude when I put it on my hands. It's not just hand cream is tenderness in a jar. Thank you!
Oh and btw the blister balm is working perfectly on the contact dermatitis (sp?).

Mamalicious and Lotions, Potions and Creams:
It was really fun making massage oils. During my pregnancy I rubbed my growing belly everyday with the oils. It became a nurturing ritual for me. However, the best thing was that I got no stretch marks at all. Thanks again Tracy!
I love the Shea butter lotion. I discovered it works better than soap to remove my makeup. It leaves my skin moist and clean. It also doesn't aggravate my rosacea.
The cocoa butter cream has an amazing fluffy texture. I've had several guests use it this winter on their dry hands and they have all remarked how nice it feels and that it's not greasy at all.
I'm into DIY. Along with being able to knit, sew, and can my own food, I can now claim to make my own creams and lotions after taking Tracy's workshops.
I'm a new mom and the recent news about the potential dangers of sunscreens on children scared me. Luckily, I've taken Tracy's course on natural sunscreens and now have safe sunscreen I can use on my daughter.

I've been a client of Tracey's since she started Anarres Natural Health.
Last night I had yet another great experience with Tracey. I had been suffering with a somewhat embarrassing heath problem for a few years. My Dr. has been unable to diagnose what exactly the problem was, and frankly, he was dismissive about my symptoms, not only was this frustrating, but it also made me feel embarrassed, shut down and unheard. Finally I shared my health concern with my mother and it turns out that it is a hereditary condition, my mom and sister also have it. So I went back to my Dr. with this new information and again he dismissed me, claiming that the condition was a symptom of menopause that I would just have to put up with or use cortisone cream, something I really do not like to use because of the side effects. So rebuffed again by my Dr. I was feeling somewhat dejected.
It was then that I decided to share my concern with Tracey in hopes that she might be able to help me. I had gone to her previously with other health problems, she did lots of research to discover the possible causes for my difficulty and then she custom made a special combination of essential oils that worked like magic to resolve the difficulty.
But it is not only that, many of my health challenges stem from sensitivities to different foods, Tracey is so knowledgeable that she is able to help me navigate the confusing reasons that I can eat some things sometimes and not others. She teaches me how to take good care of myself, and I'm a grown woman, I thought I was taking good care of myself, but it turns out I need a little support sometimes, and Tracey gives it to me.
Oh and that reminds me of what I wanted to say in the first place, one of my very favorite things about Tracey, besides her incredibly big brain, and generosity of spirit, is the that way that she is so non judgmental and accepting of people, she really makes me feel taken care of in a very loving way. I thought I would drop you a line regarding the sunscreen you taught us to make. I have made both versions (one without zinc oxide and one with zinc oxide). To be honest when I first made them, my husband chuckled. In fact he thought I lost it! So...both my daughter and I have been using the formulations you've taught religiously and we have not been burned. However today it was really put to the test as we went to the Bread & Honey Festival out here in Mississauga. We were out there the entire day. We used the formula with the zinc oxide and we were protected. We did not burn one little bit. My husband however is now the shade of a lobster and he's hurting. He now thinks I'm brilliant

As for the acne problem, my skin overall feels much more healthy and has a glow it never had before. My sister confirmed that for me on Saturday when she said that despite some acne still, my skin looks much more healthy. The acne has been slowly dissipating... My cheeks look MUCH better. I have been following my routine to the T and have been trying really hard not to squeeze. It's proven to be quite a challenge! I really love the products... Dermatitis and Psoriasis Healed in 4 days!

I've suffered from perioral dermatitis as well as minor scalp psoriasis in times of severe stress since my teen years. I've relied on antibiotics for years with increasing frequency, which has been an ongoing worry for me. Tracey's knowledge of old herblore incorporated with international skills and use of other great Canadian products (Nature Clean) are combined so effectively that I had relief from my symptoms with hours and complete healing in less than four days.

Reflexology:
i never thought too much about reflexology, i never thought that it could have too much of an impact on my health. last year i injured my ankle and groin which seemed to take a long time to heal and i was continually reinjuring it. I went to a few different kinds of body therapy but that just seem to make my discomfort worse and caused new problems to arise.
Finally i had a reflexology treatment from Tracey and was very surprised by the results. First of all the pain and spasming in my groin resolved itself almost immediately. This really surprised me since Tracey only ever touched my feet. I believe that alot of the problems i was having, stemmed from a habitual imbalance in the way i was moving my hips and pelvis. it felt to me that this finally began to shift as well. i have noticed since the reflexology treatment that when standing or resting, my natural posture is more balanced.
Also since her treatment, i have not once re injured my foot and it seems to be getting stronger and stronger every day.
During the treatment there were many times when Tracey told me that the stranger popping type sensations were toxins being released.
I then noticed over the following few weeks that my ankles and lower calves were itchy and some skin eruptions happened in that area. I can only think that tracey was right and that my lymph system was pushing all of those toxins out of my skin. now its all back to normal and all i can think is "im ready for my next treatment!"
