French Clay – Ivory is a 100% natural mineral product, mechanically extracted, without chemical process. It is crushed, oven-dried, and sorted using an innovative and sophisticated process. Inherent of the high content of minerals and trace elements, this clay is mainly composed of Montmorillonite and is guaranteed without quartz and crystalline silica.
Appearance: Ivory-colored fine powder.
Benefits: French Clay – Ivory is soft and light clay with naturally absorbent and cleansing properties. Gentle and smooth on the skin, French Clay-Ivory is a great option for almost all skin types. When prepared as a mask, the clay dries on the skin causing pores to tighten and the skin starts to feel firm, toned, and refreshed. French Clay – Ivory can be used to formulate masks, mud baths, and skin care products to promote relaxation of the body and a sense of well-being. It is ideal for all skin types.
Application: French Clay – Ivory can be used in body wraps, soap making, face masks, mineral-based or cream-based cleansers, face or body scrubs, cosmetics, and facial powders.
Directions for Use: 5-100% in skin-care products, 1 T. / 15ml per lb. / 500g of soap.
Simple Face Mask Recipe: Mix equal parts of French Clay – Ivory and water (or try Floral water or Aloe Vera juice for its toning and clarifying benefits) to form a paste and apply to the skin. Leave for about 10 minutes and wash off with warm water.
