ANARRES POLICIES
RETURN POLICY
1. We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any NON CUSTOM item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges), if returned intact. Similarly, all returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify for a refund. Please note that samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Returns authorized beyond the two week period will be assessed a restock fee of 20% or $10 whichever is greater.
3. If an error has been made BY ANARRES on a written order, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the sole responsibility of the Client. Please submit orders in writing whenever possible.
4. All product returns require authorization by Tracey.
5. All returns are to be sent to ANARRES NATURAL HEALTH CLINIC for assessment.
6. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. Similarly, full credit is subject to a quality control inspection.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. My default shipping agents are Sendle or Canada Post. I use UPS for orders to the US where the service is more affordable.
2. Shipping rates are estimated or calculated based on Canada Post's Expedited services. Please note that your shipping cost is calculated on-line using an integrated shipping module, using the annual negotiated discounted rates, or by Flat Rates as posted. Online quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. I reserve the right to change the shipping charges if necessary and I will contact you for approval before I post your order.
3. Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. I currently ship by Canada Post Expedited to all provinces in Canada. I post items worldwide except where prohibited (ex. the FemCap, Contragel Green, Caya Gel and Caya Diaphragm cannot be posted to a US address.)
4. I do my best to ensure that your order arrives safely, intact and on time. Please contact me right away if your order is late or has arrived damaged. Please take one good photo of the original packaging and damaged items for an insurance claim the same day. All posted orders are insured for $100. Once the insurance claim is upheld, I will replace the damaged items.
5. Please let me know if you need a signature to be provided on delivery, or of any other special instructions. There may be extra costs. I'll let you know.
6. Alternative shipping methods are available on request, however we take no responsibility for shipping that is arranged by our customers. All such orders must be prepaid in full (no cheques or COD). This includes the following:
• Customers using their own shipping account
• Customers using their own courier
• Customers arranging for a third party to facilitate shipping
Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be available online with receipt for payment.
Anarres Natural Health and Tracey TieF take no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur when you use your own shipper..
7. Essential Oils and some other items may be classified as Hazardous Goods when shipped by air. Because of this only ground shipments may be available for some order.
8. If I am out of stock on an item, I will contact you for your preferences. Your order will be on hold until I hear from you. If I don't hear from you within a reasonable period of time, I may ship the remainder of your order and hold onto your credits until you instruct me.
TAXES
All Canadian Customers pay 5% GST. Ontario customers pay HST 13%, or your province or territory's (from your Billing Address) applicable taxes.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because our orders are processed so quickly, orders cancelled within 24 hours after they have been filled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded, but the amount will be available as a credit for substitute products, minus the 20% restocking fee. The actual amount of time will vary depending upon the season, but in most cases the order will have undergone processing the same day.

Customers should purchase products from Anarres Natural Health or Tracey TieF with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers own discretion and only after referencing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) provided upon request and all other relevant technical information specific to the product. Anarres Natural Health or Tracey TieF shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products, including intellectual property rights of third parties.
As with any manufacturing process, Anarres Natural Health or Tracey TieF strongly recommends small lab scale testing for evaluation purposes prior to full commercial manufacturing.
