A unique expression of ChocoSol's ecological initiative, our coffee is sourced directly from Indigenous farmers who work on communal lands, integrating coffee into their traditional, regenerative agro-forestry systems. The farming methods are organic, utilizing locally produced compost for fertility, promoting biodiversity to limit pests, and implementing non-synthetic controls for fungus. These forest gardens not only produce high-quality coffee but also provide food for the farmers' families and other valuable products such as allspice, mamey, and vanilla pods used in ChocoSol's chocolate.

ChocoSol's goal with our coffee is to support the regeneration of the forest gardens in Oaxaca, celebrate the Indigenous communal land producers of high-quality altitude coffee, and offer fair and accessible prices to customers in Ontario, while promoting a coffee that is beneficial for the mind, body, and soil.
