OVERVIEW
Gingko Biloba is also known as maidenhair and is considered one of the oldest living tree species. While native to China, it has spread to many other parts of the world. Infusing its leaves to make a tea can offer a wide range of health benefits including improved memory and concentration, alleviate symptoms of anxiety and even glaucoma.
