OVERVIEW
Lemon balm leaf, also commonly known as Melissa leaf, comes from a sweet-smelling, bushy herb that grows up to 90 cm high with serrated leaves and tiny white or pink flowers.
Melissa Leaf is well known for its anti-depressant and uplifting properties. It is also reported to be useful as an antispasmodic, bactericidal, carminative, cordial, diaphoretic, nervine, sedative, stomachic, sudorific, and tonic.
