Lava stone is excellent for calming emotions thanks to its grounding qualities.
Formed from cooling magma, lava is thought to symbolize rebirth,
and aid in releasing emotional baggage.
Lava stone is easily the oldest stone in the world; coming from the core of the earth - fiery brimstone that bubbles to the surface. The stone cools with many porous, becoming the beautiful black colour so many have come to love. This is known as basalt and can be found abundantly in the oceans.
How to wear your essential oils anywhere!
Gently apply 1-2 drops or roll-on your favourite essential oil onto the lava rock to infuse them with your scent. Because of the porous nature of lava rock, the beads easily soak in the oil and your body heat aids in gently diffusing the scent to create your personal wearable aromatherapy diffuser.
