US ORDERS ARE NOW POSTED AT YOUR OWN RISK

Without transparency, orders I'm posting according to the rules, and correctly coded, are being opened, inspected and returned to me at my expense without explanation. The costs to me for this often exceed any earnings from the order itself. For instance, for two hygiene items posted June 1, and returned to me at my expense:
$10.45 postage Sendle Courier + padded envelope
$12.45 return postage Canada Post
$7 RTS fine.
Potential earnings on the order were @$20.
Once I refund the customer, sending the order will cost me @$60.

I love and respect my US customers, but this is not affordable for me. It's happened three times this week alone with costs exceeding $400. No earnings. Just out of pocket.

I will now be blocking US orders as best I can, and will not be refunding orders that are made in bad faith or not returned to me.

If you order for delivery to the US, it is your responsibility once I have purchased the shipping label and it's been picked up by the carrier. I will refund the value paid on the goods returned minus transaction fees, shipping, return shipping and penalties.

About FOB (Free On Board) Origin or FOB Shipping Point. This means the buyer assumes all responsibility for the goods, including shipping costs and any potential loss or damage, once the goods are loaded onto the delivery vehicle at the seller's location.
