In this exciting new workshop with Tracey TieF of Anarres Natural Health, you will learn how to Make Balms and Salves for Everything!, we'll discuss the ancient art and science of making salves, explore traditional ingredients and how they "work", then you'll make a custom lip balm, plus a healing salve to take home.

Please bring your clean repurposed (not new!) jars to take home samples of the goodies we'll make.

I'm Tracey TieF a Certified Natural Health Practitioner and Anarres Natural Health is my wholistic health practice in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

My passion is teaching people how to make wholesome health and beauty products from natural ingredients and traditional medicines. I've been deeply touched by cancer. My mother, the late Gai Thomas, an award winning occupational health nurse, struggled with cancers for 40 years. I make all-natural products for www.RaindanceCosmetics.ca, www.Eco-Gear.ca and the breast cancer survivor store My Left Breast in Peterborough, among others.
