In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about updated cervical caps, contraceptive gels, and fertility awareness methods, and we'll discuss their use, their upsides and downsides. As a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, I offer safe effective latex-free and affordable natural contraceptives. Finally there are effective, safe, comfortable and natural contraceptive methods that don't risk your health or fertility!
